At most of our partner shops, a support request can be created for untracked rewards. We send these to our partners for verification. In the event of a rejection of your support requests by our partner shop due to the fact that the last cookie was not from Aklamio, please understand that we cannot make any further claim to a reward.
not tracked rewards
For an untracked reward, we can create a support request up to three months after the order date. To do this, however, we need shop-specific information to allow us to create the support request and send it to our partner for verification. If you do not want this, we cannot create a support request for you because we are an external company and have no access to customer data from our partner shops.
incorrectly confirmed rewards
If a reward is confirmed incorrectly, the only way we can have the reward verified again and the amount possibly adjusted is on the basis of proof of the purchase or contract formation. In such cases, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
