You will need to sign in to your Aklamio account. If you don’t have an Aklamio account yet, you will need to register at www.aklamio.com with your email address.
Once you have logged in to your user account, you can use the "Search by shop or category" field to search directly for a shop. You can also use "Categories" to display all of our partner shops.
Once you have found a shop that you want to recommend, click on "Recommend".
You can use the "Get cashback" button to place your own order and receive a reward. Please note that not all our partner shops offer cashback.
A new window then opens. Here you can decide what you want to do with your reward, whether you want to keep the full amount, share it with the person you have referred or give the full amount to this person.
Please note that not all our partner shops offer all three options for sharing rewards.

Your friend clicks on the link and is redirected to the website of the partner shop recommended by you. Here they can place their order or conclude the contract. A reward is automatically added to your Aklamio account. How to create a support ticket?
- If you decided to share the reward or give the entire reward to your friend:
Your friend clicks on the link and is asked to sign in to their Aklamio user account. If your friend is still not registered at Aklamio, he will be asked to do it now. The registration is of course completely free of charge.
Your friend will be redirected to the website of the partner shop which you have recommended. There they can place their order or conclude their contract.
Afterwards a reward is automatically added to your user accounts.

How to create a support ticket?
For shared rewards, it is not necessary for you as the person referring and your friend as the person referred to each create a support request. Because the reward relates to both, only one additional support request is required in one user account. We recommend that the person referring creates the support request in their account. Duplicate requests are deleted automatically.
Once a reward has been tracked, it is sent to our partner for verification.
For contracts, the duration of verification depends on the activation date, as well as on the withdrawal or notice period. Verification of the reward does not begin until these periods have expired or the contract has been activated. For travel or rental cars, verification does not begin until the trip has been completed or the rental car returned. The average processing time for rewards is displayed on most recommendation pages for our partner shops.
As soon as we have received feedback from our partner shop, we will contact you via email.
If the reward has been confirmed, it will be available for payout in your user account, and in the case of shared rewards, to your friend. You can then both transfer it to a bank account or PayPal account of your choice. See also the help article: How can I have my rewards have paid out?
