Where can I find my Virgin Media reward?

You referred a friend for Virgin Media or made a purchase through one of our referral links? Your referral reward should have been registered as 'pending' on your referral account. Please double check if your reward has been registered on your referral account.

1. In order to check it, you will have to log into your referral account. You can log in either through the partner's referral page (using ‘Or sign in to your Virgin Media referral account’ button) or through Aklamio's website. You can find more detailed instructions on how to log in here.

2. After logging in, you have to click on the user's icon and select 'Dashboard'.

3. In 'Dashboard' section you will find an overview of your Virgin Media referrals and rewards. 

4. Please make sure that your reward has been registered as 'pending'. If your reward has been registered as 'pending', everything is fine. Our partner - Virgin Media is now processing your reward. We will contact you per e-mail as soon as your reward becomes confirmed. 

5. If you see 0 under 'pending' after 24 hours following the order, it means that your reward has not been tracked automatically.

If the referred person has completed the order online, directly through the referral link, but your reward has not been registered as 'pending' on your referral account within 24 hours, you can create so-called support request through Aklamio's website or contact our Customer Service at customer-service@aklamio.com. How to create a support request?

If the referred person has completed the order over the phone, but your reward has not been registered as 'pending' on your referral account within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service at customer-service@aklamio.com.
