I received a referral link for Virgin Media. What should I do next?

If you have received a referral link from your friend and would like to receive a referral reward in our referral program with Virgin Media, you have to complete your Virgin Media purchase directly through the referral link.

1. Please open the referral link that you received from a friend. 

2. You will see two options: Online and Over the phone

3. You can decide if you prefer to complete your order online, directly through the referral link or over the phone, with the usage of the referral code

4. If you prefer to complete your order online: you will be able to complete your purchase online, directly through the link. If you click on the 'Continue' button, you will be asked to provide your email address.

If you do not have the referral account at Aklamio yet, it will be automatically created when you provide your email address and click on 'Continue'.

If you provide your email address and click on 'Continue', you will be redirected to the official Virgin Media's website, where you can simply complete your order. If you complete your order correctly, the reward should be registered on your user account (and on the user account of your referrer) automatically and shown as "pending" within 24 hours. 

 

Please note: if you use "Click here to continue to Virgin Media without earning a reward' option, you will not receive a referral reward. You will be simply redirected to the Virgin Media's main page, without getting a reward. 

 

Please pay attention to the following rules while ordering online:

  • Your browser must allow cookies. Adblocker has to be disabled.
  • Do not visit other pages before buying with Cashback. It is better if you do not have more open tabs.
  • Buy at the shop’s website as you normally do.
  • Vouchers, cancellations or complaints can lead to the loss of the reward.
  • Percentage rewards and minimum order values relate to the net purchase amount (excluding tax and shipping costs).

 

5. If you prefer to complete your order over the phone: after opening the referral link, you can see the unique referral code that is required in case that you would like to complete the order over the phone. You can also see the Virgin Media's phone number.

You are able to complete your order over the phone using the unique referral code visible at the referral page. Please remember that it is necessary to inform the hotline agent about the unique referral code that you have received. The agent is obliged to apply the code and register the reward in our referral system. Please do not forget to provide the code to the agent. Otherwise, the agent will not be able to apply it and you will not receive the reward. 

 

Please note:

  •  It is not possible to get a reward retroactively, for a purchase completed in the past, not through the referral link. It is not possible to get a reward for the hotline order if you forgot to provide the referral code to the agent during your call.
  • We do not offer reduction of the monthly bills. All rewards gained through Aklamio are being registered on referral accounts at Aklamio.  

 

If you have completed your order online, directly through the referral link, but your reward has not been registered as 'pending' on your referral account within 24 hours, you can create so-called support request or contact our Customer Service at customer-service@aklamio.com.

If you have completed your order over the phone, but your reward has not been registered as 'pending' on your referral account within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service at customer-service@aklamio.com.
