Aklamio is an online recommendation platform. We cooperate with more than 2000 different shops. We call them our partner shops.
How to get a reward through Aklamio?
If you recommend your friend to one of our partner shops, or if you complete an order for yourself in one of our partner shops that offers so-called Cashback option, you can get a reward from one of our partner shops.
There are two different types of rewards that you can get from our partner shops through Aklamio.
The first one is a referral reward and it is connected with your recommendation to your friend.
The second one is a Cashback reward and it refers to your own purchase. Please keep in mind that not all partner shops offer this option.
Referral reward = connected with your recommendation to a friend through “Recommend” button and your friend’s purchase
Cashback reward = connected with your own order through “Get Cashback” button
Please keep in mind that you have to be logged into your Aklamio user account before you create a recommendation/Cashback link. If you do not have an account yet, you should register first.

What happens after ordering through Aklamio?
If the purchase has been completed correctly through the link from Aklamio, the reward should be registered automatically on your user account within 48 hours. If you cannot see the reward marked as “pending” after 48 hours from the order’s date, you can create so-called Support Request for a missing reward. You can read more about it in this article: How to create a Support Request?
Please keep in mind that we are able to create a Support Request for your missing reward only within three months following the order’s date. After this time we are cannot help you with your missing reward anymore. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remember to check if the order associated with your link has been tracked - if the reward has been registered on your user account and marked as “pending” after the order has been placed.
Not all of our partner shops offer a Support Request in case of a missing reward. If the specific partner do not allow to create Support Requests, you will find an appropriate information about it on the partner's site at https://www.aklamio.com/en.
Why is my registered reward pending?
The reward that has been correctly registered on your user account gets the orange colour and its status is pending. The order/contract associated with your reward has to be checked by the specific partner. The reward validation time is specific to each partner. If the partner confirms your reward, the colour will change to green and you will be able to payout the money. You can read more about pending rewards here.
