We do not have any direct influence on the check, but we are in contact with Vodafone and remind them about the outstanding rewards and booking requests.
For tracked rewards, the check begins on the day the contract is activated. In the case of booking requests whose creation date is after the activation date, the check begins on the day the booking request is created.
