When will my Support Request be processed?

Every partner has a specific processing time. You can find the estimated verification time on the referral pages (counted from the date of creation of the Support Request). 

Due to data protection and privacy concerns, we do not have access to our partners' database, so we cannot verify the orders connected with rewards by ourselves. Please note that we have no direct influence on the time that our partner needs to verify your Support Request. We remind our partners about pending Support Requests on a regular basis, but we cannot speed up the process. We will of course notify you as soon as we receive the feedback from our partner regarding your Support Request. 

We kindly inform you that Support Requests connected with telecommunication or energy contracts can be verified first after the activation date and if the cancellation period is already gone. Support Requests connected with travels and car rentals can be sent to the partner first if the trip is over or the car has been returned. 

Together with our partners we're working hard on optimisation of the processing time.
