To make a tracked reward visible to you in your user account, it will be shown an orange amount.
As long as the reward is orange, it is being verified by our partner shop. The pending amount may change in the course of verification. However, this does not mean that this amount is confirmed. As long as it is orange, it can change again at any time. Once your pending reward has turned green, it is ready for payout. We will inform you about this via email.
The reward amount is based on the order date and the reward terms and conditions. The current rewards can be viewed on the recommendation page for each of the partner shops.
If you believe that a reward is incorrect after it has been confirmed, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To verify the amount of the reward, we need proof of the order. Because we are an external company, we do not have access to customer data held by our partner shops and have to request this proof from you.
Please wait until the reward has been confirmed, as we cannot change pending rewards.
